Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscaping at a pearl farm in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all gardens and camp surrounds in a clean and tidy condition.
* Perform various horticultural maintenance tasks, including planting, hedging, pruning, and turf management.
* Operate a range of equipment relevant to the role.
* Manage day-to-day scheduling and task prioritization, delegating work within the team environment as needed.
* Implement effective waste management practices.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Farm Manager.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a gardener or in a related field is essential.
* Ability to work in a tropical climate is a requirement.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are necessary.
* Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation is required.
