ABOUT THE ROLE
The VM Training Manager is responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously enhancing Visual Merchandising training across Retail, Area VM, and In-Store VM teams. This role ensures VM capability remains consistent, commercially focused, and aligned with brand standards across all markets.
Working closely with global VM leaders, the VM Training Manager designs and implements impactful training programs while providing practical, hands-on coaching. The role establishes and upholds VM standards, embeds key systems and processes, and empowers teams to effectively translate VM directives into compelling, high-impact in-store execution.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience leading VM training programs at scale across multiple markets.
* Strong foundation in retail VM execution with expertise in fixture systems, floorplans and brand standards.
* Proven ability to design training content, run workshops and coach diverse teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to explain the "why" behind VM decisions.
* Exceptional communication, influence and relationship‐building skills.
* Strong leadership experience, managing a team and influencing global teams
