What You’ll Do Moomoo is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Store Manager Trainee to join our growing offline retail team in Melbourne. This role plays a key part in expanding moomoo's brand presence through our retail stores and long-term shopping centre pop-up activations. You will engage directly with prospective clients, promote financial literacy and investing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. For high-performing individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential, there will be opportunities to progress into a Store Manager position as our retail network continues to expand. Your Day-to-Day: Ground Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively engage in ground sales activities within the local community, proactively approaching potential clients to expand offline customer base. Investment Consultation: Provide professional investment consultation to walk-in clients and facilitate seamless account opening processes. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase engagement, activity, and long-term retention. Store Operations: Assist in daily store operations including inventory management, product display, and staff scheduling. Community Engagement: Participate in local community events to enhance brand presence and establish moomoo as a trusted local partner. Pop-up Store Management: Manage daily operations of mall pop-up stores, including venue setup, materials management, and event execution. Promotional Coordination: Coordinate with mall promotional calendars and flexibly adjust sales strategies and marketing plans accordingly.
