Nepean Hospital is seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic Haematology/Oncology Ward on a Permanent Full-time or Part-time basis. This is an opportunity to work in a specialised and rewarding clinical environment, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment for a range of Haematological and Oncological conditions.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centred care. You will play a vital role in supporting patients through complex treatment journeys while contributing to a supportive and collaborative ward culture. Your role will provide direct Nursing care in accordance with scope of practice and supervision requirements, assist in the delivery of care for patients receiving Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, and supportive treatments, monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Registered Nurse and support patients with activities of daily living and promote comfort and dignity.

What you will bring to the role:

* Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute Nursing
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
* Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
* Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a flexible roster
