We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $43M residential apartment development in Sunshine, with construction scheduled to commence in early March 2026.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the project from commencement through to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time and within budget.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end project delivery and programme management
* Full financial control, forecasting and cost reporting
* Leading site teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
* Driving quality, safety and compliance standards
* Identifying and resolving risks proactively
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Embedding Valeo's values through leadership, accountability and teamwork
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You will be a proven Project Manager with:
* Strong people management skills and the ability to lead high-performing teams
* Excellent commercial awareness and financial management capability
* A practical, solutions-driven mindset
* Confidence managing complex builds with multiple work fronts
* Experience using Procore (currently being implemented across Valeo projects)
* Experience with CHEOPS or similar financial systems (highly regarded)
