**Job Title:** Experienced Registered Nurse
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing ACFI assessments and clinical documentation as required. They will also maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery and provide leadership, support and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Complete ACFI assessments and clinical documentation as required.
* Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery.
* Provide leadership, support and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
* Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**
* Knowledge of aged care standards and services.
* Strong clinical and documentation skills.
