About This Role
This is a key position within our team that involves providing on-site construction engineering support to ensure the safe execution of projects.
The role encompasses various tasks, including contributing to or leading the design, assessment, and review of tailings storage facilities and related infrastructure. Additionally, it involves supporting technical analysis, such as geotechnical, civil, or hydrological modeling.
* Contributing to or leading the development of designs, assessments, and reviews for tailings storage facilities and related infrastructure
* Supporting the execution of technical analyses, including geotechnical, civil, or hydrological modeling
* Preparing high-quality reports, designs, and project documentation to facilitate effective project delivery
* Leading or participating in site investigations, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Servicing client relationships, managing project delivery, and assisting in proposal development to drive business growth and success
* Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
