Facilities Manager Role
This is a key role within our Residential Aged Care Home where you will play a vital part in ensuring the living facilities are safe, functional and welcoming for our seniors. You will utilise your skills to carry out repairs, installations and preventative maintenance while also supporting grounds upkeep.
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and Safety. You will have a minimum 12 months' experience as a Handyman, Maintenance or Trade and hold a current drivers licence.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out repairs, installations and preventative maintenance of facilities
* Support grounds upkeep including tasks such as mowing, pruning and fertilising
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
* Comfortable working within an Aged Care Environment
* Strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and Safety
* Minimum 12 months' experience as a Handyman, Maintenance or Trade
* Current drivers licence
* Valid Australian Work Rights
