Your Role: Business Manager
You'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the day‐to‐day running of two of our clinics and leading all non‐clinical functions. This is a hands‐on leadership role with variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in a purpose‐driven environment. You'll manage people, processes, and performance, all while helping us grow sustainably and thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and streamline daily operations across both clinics
* Lead and support the teams by nurturing a positive, inclusive culture
* Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and assist with budgets and forecasting
* Partner with clinical leaders to ensure smooth, collaborative workflows
* Recruit, onboard, and support ongoing training for non-clinical staff
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
* Drive operational improvements and implement best practices
* Deliver exceptional client service and experience
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare/Veterinary Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years' leadership experience, ideally in multi‐site veterinary, healthcare, or service environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong business acumen and operational know‐how
* Tech‐savvy; experience with veterinary practice management software is a bonus
* A genuine passion for animal care and supporting the people who make it happen
