Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for the delivery and support of IT services, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will assist in developing IT plans that align with business objectives, communicate effectively through quarterly IT Client forums, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure Customer Satisfaction Survey results meet or exceed expectations.
The role also involves coordinating and supporting the IT team to prioritize Service Levels for Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem Management, as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.
In addition, the IT Service Delivery Coordinator will proactively provide relevant IT reports to the Team, maintain the IT Service catalogue and asset register, and support the provision of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software to staff and centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement IT plans that support business objectives
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular forums and updates
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Prioritize and manage Service Levels for Incidents, Service Requests, and Problem Management
* Maintain the IT Service catalogue and asset register
* Support the provision of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software to staff and centres
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in IT service delivery and supporting teams
* Basic IT troubleshooting skills
* Vendor and stakeholder management experience
* Practical experience in support and coordination
* Practical understanding of IT
* Demonstrated sound judgment, business acumen, and decision-making in an IT delivery environment
* High level of interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management skills
* Ability to establish and maintain relationships to facilitate partnerships and cooperation
* Remaining organized and meeting deadlines
* Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
