Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Geraldton and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A typical day will involve
* Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
* Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
* Building relationships with suppliers to ensuremargins are maintained
* Respond to customer queries & make follow-upcalls.
* Maintaining a well-run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
* Loading & unloading deliveries; pick, pack, despatch orders; receipt goods in/out; inventory & stocktake.
* Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times.
* Champion an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
* Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
* Current valid Australian Drivers Licence
* Exceptional attention to detail with previous Stores/Warehousing experience desirable
* Current forklift license desirable
