The Mental Health Officer/ Support Worker will be a valued member of the Jarrah PARC team to undertake psychosocial recovery/support to consumers admitted to the service.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake psychosocial recovery/support to consumers admitted to the service.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Mental Health.
* Experience working with consumers with mental health diagnoses preferred.
* High level emotional intelligence.
* Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a rotating roster, with shifts inclusive of morning, afternoon, and sleepover.
* Mandated vaccinations required by healthcare regulations and recommended COVID‐19 and seasonal influenza shots.
* Appointments contingent on satisfactory pre‐employment checks including criminal record and working with children checks.
