What you'll contribute to
The Change Manager will be responsible for collaborating with key senior level internal business and project stakeholders to implement change for multiple, varied scale projects. You will assess, design, develop and implement sustainable change both internally and externally in-line with business requirements.
Your usual day in the office will include:
* Understanding the prevailing organisational environment, clearly define the change and conduct business change impact assessment to determine change requirements
Developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan
* Developing a communication plan for all stakeholders impacted by the change project
* In consultation with the Learning & Development team, develop a training strategy and plan
* Work collaboratively with the change team, project team and business leaders to develop a sustainable change program positive cultural change
* Developing and implementing a plan to measure and monitor all aspects of the change initiative, identifying risk areas and determine appropriate solutions
Your attributes
* Seasoned Change Manager
* Managed multiple initiatives at one time
* Stakeholder Management as well as business readiness and monitoring
* Must have experience in facilitating change management strategies, approaches and tactics with different business units.
* Must have working experience in agile environments, (scaled preferred)
* Previous experience in Finance/Insurance/Banking/Customer Service related change projects
* Attention to and willingness to get into the detail but can also see the big picture
* Resilience and tenacity to obtain information required
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders within the squads
* Ability to collaborate and be flexible on project ownership
