🧪 Evolve Scientific, a leading scientific recruitment agency and part of NES Fircroft, is looking for a highly motivated Contractor Engagement Consultant to join our team at our Camberwell office in Melbourne!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to our contractor population. You’ll build and manage strong contractor relationships while working closely with our Recruiters and Assignment Support team to ensure seamless support from start to finish 🤝
💼 What you’ll be doing:Draft accurate contract amendments and end-of-assignment letters using the correct templatesCollaborate with legal, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth and compliant contractor offboardingAct as the primary point of contact for contractors, supporting them with payroll, insurance, travel, expenses, and contract-related queriesMaintain proactive engagement with contractors throughout the lifecycle of their assignmentsMeet targets for Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results and response rates 📊Effectively address feedback and concerns raised through NPS surveysUphold Evolve Scientific’s code of conduct and HSE policy at all times
🔍 You’ll be a great fit if you have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a teamStrong organisation and time-management skillsPrevious experience in recruitment or human resources (preferred, but not essential)
