**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a passionate and truly outstanding Food & Beverage Manager to join Crystalbrook Byron. With a clear vision, ongoing ambition and creative flair, we are proud to offer an exceptional food and beverage experience to all of our guests and visitors. Our award winning restaurant, Forest is contemporary, social and approachable - we honor and embrace our Australian heritage and celebrate sustainability by working hand in hand with local farmers, growers and artisans. We are looking for an effective Food & Beverage Manager who will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations, talent training and the delivery of high-quality service throughout the hotel. You will be energised by working in an environment which challenges the norm and allows for creativity and individuality always focused on bringing something unique to the Byron Bay food and drink scene.

**Your talents**
You will be a dynamic hands-on leader with a strategic vision coupled with a passion to ensure the high-quality and unique delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences. Proven experience in restaurant and/or outlet management within a hotel environment, as well as leadership experience, managing and developing a team of food and beverage employees is essential.

We are keen to consider the interest of hospitality leaders with significant experience leading maximum energy food and beverage operations within high end venues. You will have proven success driving new food and beverage concepts and be motivated to become an integral leader contributing to creativity of our bars and restaurants trend future. A natural leader and the driving force behind planning, financial administration and team learning & development - your charisma, style and intrinsic hospitality experience allow you to flourish in a fast paced, evolving service environment.
