The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Food Safety Manager to join our operations team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Based on site at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and working closely with the Culinary team, the Food Safety Manager will support the catering operation by overseeing the stadium's food safety management system, and undertaking a range of Food Safety related activities to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality food products that meet legislative and customer requirements across the several kitchens and outlets within the Melbourne Cricket Ground precinct.

**Responsibilities**:
- Management of the HACCP Food Safety Program, working with the senior management and operations teams to maintain the highest industry standards
- Oversee food safety systems, processes, compliance, and allergen management, ensuring continuous improvement
- Deliver and oversee food safety systems, processes and compliance
- Conduct internal Food Safety Audits, Risk Assessments and inspections
- Provide comprehensive reports including observations and recommendations
- Manage site Food Safety incident investigations and risk management
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster depeding on the MCGs events schedule
What will you bring?:
- Expert knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP and quality standards
- Minimum 5 years experience working with a commercial food production / catering company
- Experience in conducting and managing audits and reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable working approach
