Job Description
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Assist with an upcoming office move, including coordination and logistics
Coordinate internal events and team activities
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and timeliness
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics
Support presentation creation using Canva and PowerPoint
Provide light calendar management support
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases
Order and manage office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Contribute to maintaining a positive, organised, and efficient office environment
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Office Administrator Should Have
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within business services.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
