About the Role
We are seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities
* Manage your section (larder, grill or pans) to ensure it is stocked, prepped and ready to go.
* Perform well during busy services, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2-4 years' experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Previous experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably with A la Carte service.
* Be a hard-working individual with a strong work ethic, looking to propel their career.
* Ability to work a full-time hospitality roster.
* Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen sections - pans, grill, larder, and fryer.
