Tusk Lawyers is a fast-growing boutique litigation firm based on the Gold Coast & Sydney, and we're expanding our team across multiple levels, from early-career lawyers through to experienced Senior Associates to join us at our Robina Head Office.

About Tusk Lawyers
We are a specialist litigation firm acting for individuals and businesses in complex, high-stakes disputes. As a small, focused team, we work closely with our clients, think strategically, and litigate decisively.
You won't be buried under bureaucracy or siloed away from decision-making. You'll work directly with senior practitioners, appear in court, and play an active role in shaping matters and outcomes.
The Work
Depending on your level of experience, you will work across a diverse range of disputes, including:
* Commercial and business disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes (including oppression claims)
* Defamation matters
* Estate litigation
* Employment-related disputes
* Building and construction
* Insolvency and general litigation
* Matters across QCAT, Queensland courts and the Federal jurisdiction
Senior lawyers will take carriage of complex matters and strategy.
What We're Looking For
We are open to lawyers at different stages of their career, including:
Mid-Level Lawyers (4–6 PAE):
* Experience running files with increasing autonomy
* Confidence dealing with clients and counsel
* Interest in developing advocacy and strategic skills
Senior Lawyers / Senior Associates (6–10+ PAE):
* Proven experience managing complex litigation
* Advocacy experience and strong strategic judgment
* Leadership qualities and interest in mentoring juniors
* Ambition to grow a practice and progress toward partnership
You must hold Australian work rights and be admitted (or eligible for admission) in Queensland.
