We’re looking for a Lead Control Systems Engineer who is eager to take charge, lead projects, and drive results. You’ll design, develop, and maintain control systems and components, while programming PLCs, configuring SCADA systems, troubleshooting issues, and conducting system testing and validation. This role is hands-on but also requires leadership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of control systems and components
- Program PLCs and configure SCADA systems
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning
- Guide project teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience designing and programming PLCs, and configuring SCADA systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of control system components and industrial standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is a plus
