Job Description:
As a night auditor at a hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints and claims, registering guests, processing group arrivals and departures, taking room reservations, providing hotel information, exchanging currency, processing guest departures, and balancing cash.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate complaints and claims promptly and efficiently
2. Register arriving guests and assign rooms effectively
3. Resolve complaints and claims in a fair and timely manner
4. Process group arrivals and departures smoothly
5. Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed
6. Provide accurate and helpful information on hotel facilities and services
7. Assist with foreign currency exchange
8. Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
9. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
* Excellent English language proficiency
