**The Role**:
We are offering an energetic, dedicated and committed individual the opportunity to join our clients well-established business as an IT Support Technician. Broadly speaking, you will be responsible for managing day to day calls and BAU IT Support activities
**Specifically, some of your duties will include**:
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 7, Skype for Business, Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Analyse incidents and service requests for correct prioritisation, classification and initial support requirements.
- Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
**And key attributes we are seeking are**:
- 2-3 years experience as a IT Support Technician
- Experience with Exchange On-Line/Office365 Tenancy, Active Directory, Windows Desktop (laptops, virtual machines), Hardware support (thin clients, laptops, iPads, mobile phones)
- Experience with Backup Systems (Shadow Protect) and Desk fitouts - highly regarded Professional communication skills - verbal and written
- Very good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Great initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
