As a key member of our hospitality crew, you will be responsible for preparing a range of delicious and high-quality meals for our customers.

What you'll be doingPreparing a variety of hot and cold menu items to our high standardsEnsuring food safety and hygiene practices are maintained at all timesCollaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceAssisting with stock control and ordering of kitchen suppliesContributing to the development of new menu items and recipesMaintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspaceWhat we're looking forRelevant qualifications or experience in commercial food preparationCertificate IV Commercial Cookery qualification is requiredMinimum 1-2 years commercial cooking experience is essentialStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsDemonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and multitasking skillsA keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishesA positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a teamMust have Australian work rightsWhat we offerAt The Coffee Collective, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
