Occupational Therapist Role
We facilitate access to development, independence, and overall health and wellbeing for individuals. As an occupational therapist, you will manage a caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services. You will assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant. Your role will involve providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, mentoring early career clinicians, and maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
* Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
* A passion for working in the disability sector
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
