As a Senior Test Engineering Manager for the Payments team, you’re responsible for all quality assurance deliverables, ensuring alignment with release plans and delivery methods. You lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving performance and continuous improvement. You collaborate with stakeholders to define quality standards, produce key test documentation, and manage governance across squads. You also oversee test automation strategy, monitor metrics, and ensure frameworks remain effective and up to date. Additionally, you manage test environments and data, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and develop dashboards to support analysis and improvement. Upskilling the QA team in tools and practices is a key part of your role. What do I need? Extensive experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on leading testing initiatives in the payment’s domain Skilled in building collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to manage dependencies and resolve escalations Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all stakeholder levels Proficient in both functional and non-functional testing, across manual and automated approaches, within continuous delivery environments Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective test automation solutions Experienced in enhancing test automation maturity and managing test environments Hands-on knowledge of automation tools such as FinSim and EFTSim Why join us?
