Role Description
The Procurement Business Partner will oversee procurement processes, establish supplier partnerships, and ensure cost‐effective sourcing practices to support company projects. Responsibilities include managing procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify requirements and support project needs. This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in Orange, NSW.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in procurement and supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis
* Understanding of inventory management, supply chain strategies, and logistics
* Experience in project management and ability to coordinate procurement activities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Proficiency with procurement software and tools
* Attention to detail and strong problem‐solving abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
* Previous experience in manufacturing or construction industries is advantageous
