We are looking for a Dietitian to join our team who has specialised expertise in eating disorders. Your role:
As an Eating Disorder Dietitian Grade 2, you will:
* Provide high quality, specialised dietetic care to consumers in the outpatient Steps program.
* Deliver evidence-based individual and group nutrition interventions to support recovery.
* Role model appropriate nutritional intake during meal and snack support in group settings.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to embed nutrition care into eating disorder treatment.
* Support and educate staff and junior clinicians, contributing to service quality improvement and research.
* Work closely with senior dietitians and program coordinators in a dynamic, supportive environment.
* Contribute to neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused care practices.
About you:
* Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (qualifying for full Dietitians Australia membership).
* Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or working towards APD credential.
* Minimum 3 years clinical experience with demonstrated expertise in eating disorder dietetic care.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex group dynamics.
* Commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care.
* Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary mental health teams.
* Capacity to supervise junior clinicians and students.
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
Desirable:
* Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, CBORD, and Microsoft Office.
* Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (ANZAED).
