About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales professional with real estate experience who is also confident managing real estate agents, administrative processes, and assisting with two hospitality related assets within the group. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring smooth contract execution from initial enquiry through to settlement, and assisting in the coordination and performance of hospitality assets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
* Manage real estate agents to ensure buyer enquiries and convert leads into sales
* Follow up leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records
* Assist with marketing campaigns and project launches
Contract Administration
* Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts and documentation
* Assist with two hospitality assets within the portfolio
* Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal teams
* Liaise with project consultants as required
* Track contract progress, key dates, and compliance requirements
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contractual records
* Support settlement processes and post-sale administration
Hospitality Asset Coordination
* Assist in the coordination and day-to-day oversight of hospitality assets within the development portfolio (e.g. hotels, short-term accommodation, or food & beverage venues)
* Act as a liaison between asset owners, operators, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor asset performance, occupancy, and operational reporting against targets
* Support leasing, licensing, and operator agreement administration for hospitality tenancies
Coordinate onboarding of hospitality operators, including documentation and compliance requirements
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for hospitality assets
* Ensure brand standards and presentation are maintained across hospitality offerings
* Work closely with marketing teams to support promotion and positioning of hospitality assets
* Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, guest experience, and revenue performance
About You
* Proven experience in real estate sales (residential or off-the-plan preferred)
* Strong understanding of property contracts and transaction processes
* Some exposure to hospitality, hotel, or mixed-use asset environments would be useful
* The ability to work autonomously
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
