We're looking for Senior design-driven professionals who thrive in a collaborative studio environment and bring both creative thinking and technical skill to complex projects.
You'll be part of a team designing spaces that influence how people live, move, learn and connect.
This role is ideal for an architect operating at Senior Project Architect who brings a balance of design leadership, technical knowledge and project management experience.
You are someone ready to lead complex design and delivery projects across various typologies.
You will play a key role in guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships and ensuring the design intent is delivered to the highest standard through all stages of a project from concept to completion.
The ideal candidates will have:
10 years of professional experience in architecture
Registered Architect (or eligibility for registration in WA)
Demonstrated experience leading commercial and / or health projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commercial contracts
Proven ability to manage complex project deliverables, budgets and schedules
Proficiency in Revit and a collaborative approach to digital workflows is essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
You like to keep abreast of professional developments and being open to learning and adjusting from feedback.
You enjoy coaching and supporting team members.
You are comfortable developing and leveraging networks and relationships.
Influencing and presenting in a clear confident and concise way to influence clients or stakeholders and deliver impact.
A genuine interest in progressive design and future-focused thinking
Qualifications:
A master's in architecture or equivalent qualification
Strong design and documentation skills across different project stages.
