You'll be responsible for producing a wide range of assets, from graphics and short‐form videos to stories and reels and will have the confidence to take the lead in creating and testing new formats. Once onboarded, you'll have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life and help shape the firm's social voice. You'll work closely with our Content Manager and marketing team to ensure all posts, campaigns, and interactions reflect our brand values and messaging.

* Use learnings from community management to develop monthly content calendars that resonate with target audience
* Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and creative consistency across channels
* Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Working model
* Hybrid with minimum two days in the office
* Occasional interstate travel may be required where the content plan necessitates on‐site filming and production attendance

* 3+ years' experience in social media management, content creation, or community moderation
* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices
* Proficiency in Canva
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)

* Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A proactive mindset, with the creativity and initiative to bring new ideas to life
* Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus but not essential

* You'll be joining a growing marketing team with exciting plans for the year ahead. This is a chance to shape a new role and contribute meaningfully to a business that values quality content
* Exposure to diverse projects and marketing channel mix as well as professional development opportunities
