What You'll Do
* Provide rapid response nursing care to patients in community settings
* Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
* Support patients and families through acute health episodes
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
What We're Looking For
* Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
* Experience in acute care, emergency, or community health settings
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
* Commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practice

Details of appointment
Permanent part time, shift worker position, working 48 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $144,146 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
* Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type

Eligibility
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and endorsed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
* Current Driver's Licence
