We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous switchboard administrator to provide a professional service to our staff and customers. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, operating the switchboard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing a high level of customer service and support to staff and visitors
* Coordinating pager units and ensuring they are functioning correctly
* Liaising with hospital staff in emergency situations
