What you'll be doing
As a Business Development Manager with FCBT, you'll own the entire sales journey—from hunting down fresh leads to crafting compelling pitches and sealing the deal to welcome new clients to the brand. Success is measured through actively growing new client accounts, meeting sales targets to support revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Finding and connecting with potential clients through lead generation: Proactively reach out to companies that can benefit from our travel solutions through outbound cold calls. Build strong, lasting relationships to position FCBT as their trusted travel partner.
* Understanding client needs and presenting solutions: Talk with prospects to learn about their travel requirements and challenges. Clearly explain how FCBT can make their travel programs easier, save money, and support their business goals.
* Helping new clients get started: Ensure a smooth onboarding process so new clients feel confident using our services. Connect them with their dedicated travel team for ongoing support and expert guidance.
What we're looking for
If you're a natural with outbound sales and you love the thrill of the hunt—building meaningful connections and closing deals—this role is for you!
* Strong experience in outbound sales, including multi‐channel lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
* Self‐motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering sales targets and achieving KPIs.
* Master of networking and negotiation with exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to talk (and sell) to people of all backgrounds.
* Works well in a fast‐paced, outcome‐focused environment and is an expert at staying organized and managing time effectively.
