This is a permanent full-time position based in Bundaberg, QLD. The hours of the role are Monday – Friday (38 hours) plus every third Saturday (3 hours only). In this position, your key responsibilities will include: Counter sales, including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out quotes. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking packing orders. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous internal sales or strong retail sales experience Ideally, experience within electrical wholesale or a related industry (construction, industrial supply, plumbing, solar or security), though this is not essential A confident, customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced branch environment A genuine passion for sales and converting quotes into results A valid Australian Driver’s Licence Full Australian working rights (Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident – sponsorship is not available) Electrical experience is highly regarded but not essential.
