Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pre-contract and post-contract stages
* Create procurement and contract advice
* Measure quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and pre-tender estimates

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in project management or construction management
* Minimum 4 years' experience in cost management/quantity surveying
* Desirable skills include working with CostX and holding membership in an accredited professional organization
