Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring effective delivery of financial operations, transaction processing, and service support. Oversee financial analysis and reporting for multiple business units, including review of core financial statements and accounts. Ensure company policies and regional controls are followed, maintaining a strong environment of financial integrity. Manage end-to-end closing processes on a monthly and quarterly basis, coordinating team activities as needed. Supervise audit procedures and statutory filings for various entities and accounts. Direct inventory tracking and reporting, including supporting routine stock assessments. Administer tax obligations and foster relationships with external consultants. Monitor and evaluate cash flow needs to support ongoing business activity. Safeguard compliance with corporate policies and relevant legal regulations. Ensure alignment with international accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements. Take a hands-on approach to understanding business drivers, addressing financial and contractual matters as required. Participate in diverse projects and cross-functional committees. Experience and Attributes: Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA). Experience with integrated financial systems; prior use of Oracle or similar platforms is beneficial. Familiarity with international accounting frameworks and compliance processes is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Effective at organising workloads, setting priorities, and meeting strict deadlines. High attention to accuracy and quality in deliverables. Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and excellence. Additional Qualifications: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with complex functions and features. Exceptional organisation and analytical thinking.
