We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation and optimisation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Requirements Gathering: Lead interviews, workshops, and document analysis to understand business needs and objectives.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for clear communication and project alignment.
* Solution Implementation: Oversee configuration and customisation of solutions to meet business requirements.
* Process Improvement: Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend efficient solutions.
* Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to support project development and testing.
* Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders for successful adoption and utilisation of solutions.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure issues are resolved promptly and project objectives are met.
Familiarity with Guidewire Solutions is a Plus
