Job Description
Your duties will include:
* Managing the daily operations of the branch logistics and yard operations.
* Answering phones in a timely and professional manner.
* Greeting and serving walk‐in customers and guests.
* Providing yard operational support – filling cylinders, loading/unloading vehicles.
* Supporting the Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager with daily operational requirements.
* Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products.
* Handling enquiries in a professional manner, ensuring follow through and finalising all enquiries.
* Processing online orders, email/fax orders, ring around calls, banking and cash balancing.

Requirements
* MR truck licence preferable.
* Forklift licence preferable.
* Delivery experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous customer service experience.
