We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our Front Office Department at Bankstown Airport, to help drive our mission of delivering world-class support to our clients in critical and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and increase the Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration across the region, driving the company's sales growth.
- Provide world-class customer support by addressing both technical and commercial needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead reporting activities and work towards achieving budget performance targets and productive equipment turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Representative team to deliver results and enhance collective performance.
- Negotiate new contracts and manage financial and strategic objectives with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Identify and drive new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region.
- Implement systems and methods to ensure performance goals are met.
- Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts across Australia and internationally.

SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD recherche:
We are looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or Engineering (beneficial)
- Sales or project management training/qualifications are advantageous.
- Previous experience in an aviation customer support or commercial sales role, ideally within the aviation or engineering industry preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service and a flair for negotiation.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand our product range.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on enhancing business processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with contractual terms and specifications, both commercial and technical.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at local and global levels.
- High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive work ethic with a commitment to follow up on inquiries until a satisfactory solution is achieved.
- A customer-focused approach, capable of interpreting both technical and non-technical requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
