About the Role

Primary Location SA—Regency Park. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Team Leader to join Service Stream based in our Regency Park office. Service Stream Telecommunications division is seeking a Field Team Leader to join our growing company. Permanent, Full Time. Location: Adelaide (Regency Park) with regional travel required. Reporting Line: Field Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant HSE policies and procedures.
• Civil works experience – Light telecommunication civil experience.
• Previous team leader experience.
• Relevant field experience in survey, rod & roping, hauling.
• Strong understanding of FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) technology.
• Proficient in cabling installation, termination, and testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver a customer‐centric experience.

Desired Qualifications

• ACMA Licence.
• Confined Space & Gas Test.
• NBN enAble Induction.
• Asbestos Awareness Training.
• RIIWHS302D – Implement traffic management plan.
• First Aid & CPR Course HLTAID011.

Experience Required

5 years field based experience.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in a Field Team Leader role and can work in a diverse and complex environment. A self‐starter who has a passion for delivering quality work first time every time. You will have the flexibility to travel from time into regional locations to assist other crews should work demand dictate.
