Family Reunification Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex case work initiatives.
* Develop and implement targeted interventions to enhance family safety and stability.
* Collaborate with care teams to deliver rapid, culturally sensitive, flexible, and intensive services to families and children.
* Manage a caseload of complex cases from the Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification Response and/or Family Services.
Requirements:
* Professional qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years experience working within the Child Protection or Family Services sectors, or other service providing direct case work to families and children.
* Advanced knowledge and application of relevant theories, intervention approaches, and understanding of the causes of family breakdown, child safety, and child development.
* Knowledge and application of the Best Interest Case Practice Framework, MARAM framework, and an understanding of goal setting and review and family safety planning.
