Strategic Sales Leader Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking the primary leadership role in building and scaling a high-performing team.
* Supporting and shaping the strategy for pipeline generation within Australia and New Zealand.
* Creating innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales development manager with consistent overachievement against quota.
* Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, with additional experience with other sales tools being advantageous.
