About the Opportunity: We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent's kind of person. As an Administration Officer you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Toowoomba Residence. This is a part‐time role with a lot of flexibility. You will be required to work 50 hours per fortnight starting 6:00AM.
St Vincent's Care Services Toowoomba (historically known as Lourdes Home for the Aged) features peaceful landscaped gardens and offers a range of comfortable accommodation options.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge of UKG and Workday desirable)
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills
* Strong technical skills in all areas of administration and IT support
* Highly regarded ability to prioritise tasks, forward‐plan and utilise time effectively
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
