Design & Engineering
CPP has the largest in-house design and engineering team of any contractor in Australia, with over 170 specialists across Electrical Primary and Secondary, Civil, Structural, and SCADA disciplines. We provide end-to-end engineering solutions for high-voltage infrastructure, including nationally significant transmission projects, HV substations, wind farms and battery storage systems that drive Australia's renewable energy transition.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - SCADA to join our established Engineering team, delivering high-quality SCADA designs for high-voltage substations and associated power system equipment.
Based within our SA Engineering team, you will work closely with a highly experienced group of SCADA engineers, designing and configuring SCADA systems for some of Australia's landmark renewable energy and utility projects.
This role is predominantly design-focused, with hands-on involvement in system configuration and testing across our on-premises facilities and on site. You will be responsible for developing designs that comply with client and industry standards, as well as providing technical input and support during tender preparation.
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
* Turnkey project expertise in high voltage substation design from concept to commissioning including knowledge of industry and different client standards
* Experience in specifying and configuring SCADA systems in a substation environment
* Working knowledge of different SCADA and Communications products used on substation projects
* Strong knowledge of Australian industry standards
