We're looking for a creative, organised and hands on Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to lead content and marketing across House of Roast cafés and our coffee brands. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands branding, and knows how to turn great ideas into real world sales.
You'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing that shows up online, in store and in the hands of our team, supporting everything from daily trade to major campaigns, product launches and brand collaborations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Marketing & Campaigns
● Support and execute marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotions
● Assist with product launches, seasonal menus and limited releases
● Help grow online and in store sales through clear, well timed messaging
● Support subscription marketing campaigns including creative and copy
● Assist with reporting on marketing goals and metrics, executing marketing plans in line with goals
● Ability to liaise with vendors and third party service providers.
Social Media & Content
● Create photo, video, and copy write content across multiple brands
● Manage and post content across Instagram feeds and stories
● Plan, schedule, and adapt content weekly
● Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style
● React quickly to trends and business needs
Retail & In-Store Marketing
● Create simple, effective in store marketing messaging
● Support retail sales pushes online and in store
● Help ensure staff are aligned with current promos and priorities
Email & App Marketing
● Assist with email marketing campaigns (EDM)
● Create short, clear app notifications for promos and updates
Brand Collaborations & Activations
● Support brand partnerships, activations, and events
● Assist with managing the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates are strategically planned and
executed
● Manage promotion before, during and after activations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● Strong content creation skills (photo and video)
● Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and social media management
● Ability to manage multiple brands at once
● Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
● Creative, proactive and adaptable
● Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
● Experience in hospitality, retail or lifestyle brands is a big plus
