* Mixed billing with $90 item 23 fees
* 70% or $180 per hour for 3-months

* 1h drive from Sydney
Eligibility
* DPA location for GP’s on the moratorium
* MM1 location which can take FACRRM, FRACGP’s and Expedited Pathway Dr’s from the UK, Ireland or New Zealand
