The Opportunity and Responsibilities
We are excited to welcome an Assistant Centre Manager to support the opening and daily operations of our brand new Googong centre. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a centre from day one and help build a strong positive culture.
In this role you will work alongside the Centre Manager to lead educators manage communications with families support staff performance and contribute to a warm safe and inspiring environment. You will collaborate with our Head of Curriculum and leadership teams to uphold high quality practices and guide your team toward excellence.
About You
• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or higher
• Leadership experience ideally in an Assistant Centre Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative motivated and passionate about delivering high quality programs
• Passionate about children's learning development and safety
• Current checks including Working with Children or VIT Police Check First Aid Asthma and Anaphylaxis
