About the Company Join a global manufacturer specializing in engineered products and services for infrastructure and agriculture. They primarily produce essential metal and composite structures for utility, transportation, and telecommunications, alongside being the world's leading provider of mechanized irrigation equipment.
Our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their small team on a full-time and permanent basis. You will report into a highly experienced manager and be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payruns for their Australian employees.
Key Duties
* Perform all duties for end-to-end payroll processing
* Complete accurate data migration into new Payroll system: ADP Payforce
* Process terminations, redundancies and leave
* Ensure full compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation, and maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge
* Undertake other duties as directed, including coverage of leave periods
* Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About You
* Experience using ADP Payforce and or Realtime is desirable
* 4+ years in a processing payruns
* Award interpretation skills
* Good time-keeping and attention to detail
* Full Australian working rights
