The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a newly created Assistant Dealership Management position. This role would suit someone who has sales/vehicle service experience, a self‑motivated individual with excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills.
You will be a key player in our Redcliffe (Perth) dealership and have an opportunity to drive our culture all whilst gaining the best out of the team for best results.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing the Sales and Delivery Teams.
* Coordinating daily workflow for the Redcliffe (Perth) dealership.
* Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.
* Assist with Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.
* Assist in Management and distribution of sales leads.
* Assist with Rostering.
* Assist in organisation of training for new staff.
* Customer assistance & problem solving.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Automotive or Caravan background - desirable but not essential.
* Previous sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet targets.
* Automotive or vehicle sales experience preferred to ensure industry‑specific product knowledge and customer understanding.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to problem‑solve.
* Minimum 3 years of sales management or team leadership experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with dealership management software preferred).
* Intermediate CRM skills required with ability to manage customer data, track sales pipelines, and generate reports effectively.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
