We are a well-established Canberra Construction company with an interesting and varied pipeline of projects and we are seeking a person with experience to join us as a Working Foreman.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Working Foreman you would initially join an established team to learn the company policies and procedures before taking on the supervisory role on your own projects.
Your duties would include:
* Ownership of project from initial site set up to completion
* Inductions and toolbox talks
* Sub-contractor and trade management
* WHS and quality management
* Regular communication with client, trades, contractors and Project Manager
* Programming works and problem solving
* Maintaining accurate records
Skills required:
* Minimum of 3 years as a Working Foreman
* Trade qualification (preferably Carpentry)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of other trades
* Hands-on attitude
* Ability to motivate others
* Attention to detail
* Ability to interpret plans
* A passion for construction
